Frugal Ideas and Tips
Welcome, this area is for frugal
ideas that pass my way. And if anyone has any to add, it’s always welcome. This
area won’t tell you where to shop or what site to go but merely a guide or
suggestion on how to save a buck or ways to find that deal. Enjoy

Use your local library:
Instead of buying books, CDs or even Movies, get a library card. The library
has a great selection of Books, DVDs, and CDs. What is even better is now most
libraries are online so you can place your request and once its in you can go
over and grab it.
Question everything:
Always question everything you buy. Can I find this item cheaper? Can I live
without it? Can I make or build it myself cheaper? Always think outside the
box.
Walk and Bike as much as you can: It’s in your best interest
not just for your health but for your pocket book. Every time you walk or bike you’re
also helping the environment. You save on gas and wear and tare on your car.
Get rid of your unused:
Now you won’t make big bucks but at least you will simplify your like by
getting rid of items around the house you never use and put them for sale. When
I put my stuff in the free local classified, I find it amazing the stuff people
will by. Plus a more organized house saves you time and money when everything
is now at hand.
Drink Healthy:
Think about all the money you spend on soda and other soft drinks. Just
switching to water will cut your costs down and it’s better for you. Then place
it in a reusable container saves you even more.
